I saw some cutesy watercolor birds and thought I’d try a few splotches to birds experiments. My birds did not turn out like the samples and have taken on a version of my own painting style that I cannot escape.

After taking this odd detour into birds (ask anyone, up until now I am not known to be a bird person) the new March class for the year long Faerie Folk dropped and lo and behold! T

The March lesson assignment is a faerie on a bird.

So, off to see if maybe any paper doll heads and a few fodder papers can become a faerie or two for the new flock.
